Description

A large cooking spoon in sycamore.  The bowl design is particularly useful when serving saucy roasted dishes like lasagne – the square edge allows you to cut down through the dish and scrape the bottom clean, then the deeper bowl holds on to the portion. The dark detail in the handle of this one is a natural feature similar to the pattern caused by the ambrosia beetle/fungus in maple. Finished with coconut oil.
