Description

Spatula/Fish slice in ornamental cherry. Carved flat then bent by heating with a hot flame – this means the grain follows the curve of the blade and is straight throughout the piece, making it strong. Great for pancakes or Crêpes as the long blade reaches all the way underneath and the ribbed surface reduces friction.
